Eolic erosion is the common problem in all the south atlantic beaches beyond another landscaping degradation factors.

Marbella beach worried about bioclimatics landscapes, convoke us to developed this environmental and sustainable project. The project has 3 hectareas or 30.000 square meters and a huge parking zone.

Identity problems in landscape planning projects are enough to consider this purpose.

We have started planning and zoning eolic effects in the coastal area of Marbella Beach.
Acacias longifolias
were used to forest perimeters as windbarriers.

As ground cover we used Lolium perennial, here in this zone is natural in big green areas. All kind of spring and summer colours were given by herbaceous plants to avoid the higher costs in maintence.

In the main house, maze colour was used to represents original sand colour of this place.

The decks of wooden pine join the main house with public access.

Ilumination was proposed by solar energy to prevent contamination and higher costs.

As decorative element we used a tipycal boat wich is the nautical symbol of this city.
